Personal | Newborn Session | Indiana by Kelli Conley

We have been busy this last month and haven't had time to post much on here but want to introduce the newest member of the yah Photography family, Indiana! He was born on March 18th weighing 7 lbs 7 oz and was 21 inches long. We have had so much fun getting to know him and seeing his little personality already... and I have been enjoying photographing him! :) (Also for those of you that know my husband Robbie, you know he enjoys WWII so we had to do a WWII themed shot just for him). Most of all we are happy to report that through out the pregnancy, delivery and now postpartum all of us are doing well and couldn't be happier! I can't wait to watch him grow, and be able to continue to capture it on camera!
Also once we get some of his newborn pictures printed and hung in the nursery I plan to do a post on the nursery as well, so be on the lookout for that post in a couple weeks!

Also shout out to my friends Hayley (Lovely & Light Photography), Jeni (Photos by Jeni), and my mom who came and hung out with me and helped me get some great shots... and snuggle with Indiana as well!

Indian Land SC Child Photographer | Bennick is One by Kelli Conley

It really is a small world and I find this more and more true every day. My sister who lives in Southern California (where I grew up and all my family still lives) met Bennick's grandmother while working at Starbucks in California. Through some course of talking she mentioned that her son lived in Indian Land, South Carolina so my sister mentioned me and that I was a photographer. So she got her son and daughter in law a photo shoot for Christmas which was perfect timing as Bennick turned one this February! We had throughout the shoot and Bennick was such a trooper as is started to sprinkle at the end, but he was as happy as could be in his wagon which was also a birthday present from grandma! 2015-03-07_0005.jpg 2015-03-07_0004.jpg 2015-03-07_0006.jpg 2015-03-07_0007.jpg 2015-03-07_0003.jpg

South Carolina Lifestyle Photographer | The Ivy Place | Lillie & James | yah Photography by Kelli Conley

I met Liz while speaking at Fort Mill High School’s career day this year and was so excited to get a call from her to photograph her daughter Lillie. She would be a flower girl in an upcoming wedding and she wanted to get some cute pictures of her in her flower girl dress since it was such a fun dress and age for her to be a flower girl. Lillie was so full of giggles and wonderful expressions I just could not get enough of her. We also invited along Lillie’s friend James to be in some of the photos, as well as star in a couple of his own. He was such a sweet boy, and I even snuck a picture of him and his grandma as he was waiting his turn for pictures. The two of them were so sweet together and I had such a fun time capturing them on their little fishing date at The Ivy Place. 2014-06-16_0009 2014-06-16_0010 2014-06-16_0011 2014-06-16_0012 2014-06-16_0013 2014-06-16_0014 2014-06-16_0015 2014-06-16_0016 2014-06-16_0017 2014-06-16_0018

London Turns 3 {South Carolina Portrait Photographer} by Kelli Conley

For those of you that follow my blog (or even facebook) you may remember London from her session last year... http://blog.yahphotos.com/2011/08/day-237-londons-two.html Every time I see her she explodes with a fun and contagious personality and I love capturing it! At this age she was full of questions for me, and was so excited to ride around the Ivy Place to see all of the fun things I had set up for her to do. I can't wait to see what next year has to bring!
