Peach Tree Engagement Session | Meghan & Bret

These two are near and dear to my heart and I was super excited when they told me they wanted to bring Amelia, their Boston Terrier, along to the peach trees at The Anne Springs Close Greenway for some pictures. (For those of you who don't know I also have a Boston Terrier). Amelia was the sweetest and joined us in the peach trees and was such a good girl! Meghan and Bret were troopers as the sun disappeared in the clouds we ventured to the lake and through some trees for some great scenery for their pictures. I know their wedding at Firethorne Country Club will be amazing and I cannot wait to see what all they have in store for that day!

Landsford Canal Engagement Session | Colleen & Bryan

These two are my favorite! Colleen is just the sweetest and Bryan is just awesome! They are transplants to Charlotte like me and we super excited to get out and enjoy a state park and some scenery that showed what it was now like living in the Carolina's! Landsford Canal was just the place and we enjoyed a little hike, checking out the old canal and just getting to know each other better! I cannot wait until their wedding next June and know it will be just as amazing as they are!

The Ivy Place | South Carolina Bridal Session | Kristen

Kristen has such a sweet and free spirit and I was so excited to photograph her bridal session at The Ivy Place, and to see her beautiful dress she got in Charleston, SC. Can't wait for her wedding at The Ivy Place!

Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden Bridal Session | Charlotte NC | Christine

I'm so excited to finally be able to share Christine's bridal portraits! She looked absolutely stunning in her dress and not to mention she brought along her vietnamese dress to change into at the end of the session. Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens was the perfect venue and although the sun didn't shine for us that way it didn't matter. I can't wait to show off her wedding pictures as she looked even more beautiful!

Lincolnton, NC Wedding Photographer | The Laboratory Mill | Becky & Matt

Becky and Matt are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet! I feel like I say that for all my couples, but they are truly special to both me and Robbie. When we first met, we found out how small the world is because I had actually met Matt previously and we realized this the moment they came for their consultation and from there we all hit it off! Becky was easy to love with her personality and love for crafting like I have we could just chat for hours about all things crafty! But through the course of the year we have now known each other, the engagement session, the wedding planning, and then the wedding day, the relationship I have with my brides and grooms truly grows into a friendship. And what was neat about this friendship is that Robbie (my husbands for any of you who don’t knowJ) was a part of this friendship too! He was there for their engagement shoot, saw them on a couple other occasions when we ran into them, and even helped assist me the day of their wedding which fell on his 30th birthday! During the wedding itself Becky and Matt were so amazing to watch as I truly felt like one of my friends were getting married. The day could not have been more beautiful and to top it all off and add more sweetness to the two of them, Becky had birthday cupcakes made for Robbie! They are truly a one of a kind couple and I am so happy to call them friends!
