It seems like just yesterday I was photographing Lisa and Alex's maternity session so when I saw pictures on Facebook that sweet little Abby had been born just hours after Christmas I was so thrilled! Originally I thought we might share a birthday as Lisa's due date was my birthday. But that was the not the case, and Abby decided she was ready to enter the world. Lisa and I had planned out a variety of fun things for the session, but I knew that there was one thing missing. I called Alex to the side and told him that we needed to incorporate his love for football, and so we did! Abby was such a doll the whole time and I just love her head of hair. Can't wait to see what the future holds for this sweet little girl!

Alison and Dave were so nervous to get their pictures taken. I told them they had nothing to worry about and before they knew it they were having fun and enjoying being in the moment with each other. Their session at Freedom Park in Charlotte was so much fun and I cannot wait to see how beautiful Alison will look in her dress on her wedding day at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden!

Andrew and Kayla are seriously too cute for words. When we first met and she told me the story about how Andrew proposed, I was so touched by their story. They left and I was hoping they would decide to book with me and not one hour later I received a call from Kayla saying that she wanted me to photograph her wedding. I was ecstatic! I cannot wait to see how beautiful Kayla looks in her dress on her wedding day (she sent me a sneak peek of her dress and it is gorgeous). The two of them have something magical and I know their wedding day is going to be amazing!

I love that I get to share in the most important parts of my clients lives! Jordan and Todd had a gorgeous backyard wedding that I was honored to take part in, and was even more excited when Jordan told me she wanted me to take pictures of sweet little Harper! She was such a doll to photograph and didn't let out a single peep, but instead just yawned and fell right back to sleep! I know that she will be so loved by all of her family, and already has Todd wrapped around her finger!
