The fact that it is your wedding day already makes it special; but sometimes you just want to add a little more to help create the mood and set the scene for how you truly envision your day looking and feeling. Here are the top three ways to add ambiance to your wedding: 1.) Lighting 

Whether it is up-lighting, twinkle lights, or candle light… the lighting will 100% set the tone and feel that you want guests to have that day.

2.) Flowers

Flower arrangements, both size and placement around your venue can do wonders to add to the ambiance of your day. Whether you are looking for dramatic or romantic, talking to your florist and really using your flowers to pronounce your theme will help create ambiance in itself.

3.) Decor

Having dinnerware, napkins, table cloths, statement pieces, etc. will all help increase the ambiance that you have going with the above two things. A lot of times brides and grooms will cut these items out due to budget and that is totally understandable, but if budget allows they make for an amazing addition to the ambiance of the day.

I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and that God puts people in our paths for a reason! This is exactly what happened with Tiffany and Paul! I met Tiffany at a bridal show that she originally was not even going to go too, when she first came up to my booth I was already talking with someone but she happened to come back by and we instantly hit it off. I came to find out that she actually knows a couple of people that I know and went to nursing school with another one of my brides. Then when I sat down with her and Paul to get everything set in stone I found out Paul was working on restoring a VW Bug which happened to be my first car and that both he and Tiffany were totally down with incorporating it into the engagement shoot! I cannot wait for their wedding this fall and know that it will be so much fun just like their engagement session was!

I absolutely adore Mina & Scott! When I met Mina years ago she came up to me and said you will be photographing my wedding. When that time can around I was so excited that she indeed did want me to photograph her wedding! She is such am awesome person both inside and out and her wedding day absolutely showed that!
